The Rep offers performances Wednesdays through Sundays for most productions. Please check the online event calendar for specific performance dates and times.
The Rep cannot hold a seat without purchase. To purchase a ticket, contact the Box Office at (501) 378-0405, visit the Box Office at 601 Main Street during normal business hours or buy tickets online here.
The Rep sells discounted Standing Room Only, or SRO, tickets to soldout performances during the hour prior to the performance. Although every effort is made to seat patrons with SRO tickets, seating is not guaranteed. SRO tickets are not available on Pay What You Can nights.
The Rep will hold tickets under purchasers' names at the Will Call window for pick up one hour prior to curtain time at the designated Will Call ticket window. This is also the designated ticket window for patrons who have exchanged tickets.
The Rep charges a $1 handling fee to mail tickets to patrons' homes. You may request your tickets to be placed at Will Call for any performance. Will call tickets are available at the Box Office one hour prior to curtain time.
The Rep is located at 601 Main Street, at the corner of 6th and Main Streets.
From I-30, take the 6th Street exit and travel west.
From I-630, take the Main Street exit and travel north.
There is no charge for the metered parking area along Main Street during performances. The Best parking lot directly across the street at 6th and Main Streets is available for a small fee. The Central/Allright parking garage directly behind the theatre at 6th and Scott Streets is available for a small fee. A walkway to The Rep is on the second level of the parking garage.
The Rep recommends arriving 30 minutes prior to curtain time to pick up your tickets, browse through the art galleries and find your seat. The house opens 30 minutes prior to curtain, unless there is a pre-show event.
The house manager reserves the right to release any unoccupied seat five minutes prior to curtain and to seat latecomers during an appropriate break in the performance and in a location which will be the least disruptive to other patrons.
There are no returns or refunds on purchased tickets. Unused tickets may be given to another patron or exchanged for a full tax deduction.
You may exchange tickets for another time or seat of the same production at least 24 hours prior to curtain time. Patrons may exchange tickets by contacting the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to performance.
Ticket exchanges are $10 for non-subscribers. Ticket exchanges are free for Series and FlexPass subscribers.
Seating assignments are not guaranteed when exchanging. Every effort will be made to book seats as close to the original seats as possible. Exchanges into a more expensive seating area require a payment of the difference in ticket costs.
The Rep would like patrons to be comfortable during their visits. There is no standard dress required.
The Rep offers programming for all ages. Please check with the Box Office to determine if a production's content is suitable for your child, and consider your child's ability to remain attentive for hour-long intervals.

The Rep has two concessions: one in the main Lobby and the second, Foster's, on the first mezzanine.
