Major Gifts Officer

Major Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for individual and corporate annual giving programs. This includes stewardship of donors, moves management activities, follow-up with lapsed donors, cultivation of new donors with gifts of $5,000 and above. Also includes working with marketing and development team to create opportunities to move subscribers and ticket buyers toward major gift donors. Also includes responsibility for integrated direct mail appeals and email campaigns.

Qualifications: Development or related experience necessary, especially with individual and corporate giving, ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of constituencies, volunteers, board members and stakeholders, ability to develop creative events, energize participation and evaluate processes, ability to make effective public speaking presentations, willingness to handle flexible hours, including work on nights and weekends.

Concession Sales Associate

The Concession Sales Associate sells prepared food and beverage items to patrons of The Rep. They also maintain the cleanliness of the concessions area and work quickly as most concessions sales occur 15-30 minutes prior to the show. To ensure that the experience of each of The Rep’s 70,000 patrons is enjoyable, customer service provided by the Concession Sales Associate must exceed expectations and be offered with a smile. Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager oversees the upkeep and management of all Rep-owned and managed physical structures and properties, performing and/or coordinating all maintenance work on all facilities and major equipment. The position is also responsible for supporting all facilities-related needs for company productions and events, meetings and outside rentals. Qualifications include:

1. BA or BS in related field or equivalent work training and/or experience, preferably at least four years’ experience managing a multi-purpose facility. Experience with theatre desired.
2. Budget management and staff supervision experience.
3. Practical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, and carpentry.
4. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills (written as well as verbal).
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and comfortable with computer-maintained systems, including facilities scheduling and planning software.

Box Office Associates

Focusing on assisting patrons in purchasing single tickets, subscriptions, or gift certificates, the Box Office Associate acts as the principal point of welcome to the Arkansas Repertory Theatre. Offering the highest levels of customer service to patrons in person, by telephone, and by email ensuring that each patron’s experience is enjoyable, Box Office Associates must be knowledgeable, courteous, and offer service with a smile. This is a part-time position that offers shifts during daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Previous customer service experience required and familiarity with customer relations management software, particularly large databases, preferred.
