The Arkansas Repertory Theatre is pleased to offer season-long internships. These positions are ideal for recent college graduates who are actively pursuing a career in professional theatre. All interns receive weekly compensation plus housing, along with the invaluable experience of working in a professional theatre setting.
Young Artist Auditions
NEXT YOUNG ARTIST AUDITION: BYE BYE BIRDIE
The Rep announces auditions for its upcoming musical production of Bye Bye Birdie, book by Michael Stewart, lyrics by Lee Adams, music by Charles Strouse. Directed and choreographed by David Bell.
Auditions will be held by appointment only on Jan. 8th between 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM, and Jan. 9th, between 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM at The Rep’s Annex, 518 Main St., Little Rock, AR 72201.
Callbacks are by invitation only and will be held on Jan. 12th between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Callbacks will consist of a dance call, singing selections from the musical, and reading scenes from the script.

- Meet and Greet with Young Ensemble | Feb 1
- Young Ensemble Workshop | Feb 2
- Weekly Training | Jan 27 – April 27 (Mondays, 7-9 PM)
- Rehearsals (daytime) | June 9 – July 2
- Tech (day times and evenings) | July 3 – July 5
- Performances (weeknights and weekends) | July 7 – Aug 9 (possible extension to Aug 16)
