As a professional, not-for-profit theatre, The Rep requires periodic capital funding as investments in its current and future stability- ensuring that its facilities remain state-of-the-art, and that it can withstand the financial fluctuations that any business naturally faces.

In the spring of 2018, The Rep suspended productions due to a lack of that very financial stability. A campaign to “save The Rep” was established, and the community quickly responded, matched by significant contributions from the John & Robyn Horn Foundation and the Windgate Charitable Foundation. To date, we have received more than 1,300 gifts from 30 states. This response made it possible for The Rep to return to programming in the spring of 2019, and to begin the process of…rebuilding.

A contribution to the “Rebuild The Rep” capital campaign helps to ensure that The Rep maintains its position as a vibrant and integral part of our region’s economic development and cultural landscape.
