All messages (emails and voicemails) will be processed in the order received. The first 20 individuals on a waiting list for a particular performance will receive a call from our Box Office by noon on the day of the show to confirm your spot on the waiting list. Please note, this does not mean you are guaranteed tickets.  If any seats become available (from cancellations or for standing room), they will be distributed in person at the Box Office, 10 minutes before each performance. Tickets will be distributed first in the order of the waiting list, followed by any other individuals who are welcome to come in person to line up.
