THE ARKANSAS REPERTORY THEATRE IS COMMITTED TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCES.

Every effort is made to seat patrons according to their preference and based on availability.

TICKET POLICIES

For first access to the best seats in the house, subscribe to a full season. Season subscribers get the opportunity to book their seats for the entire season before it begins, in addition to receiving guaranteed discounted rates, free/flexible exchanges, and other special benefits.

Exchanges/Refunds

You can exchange tickets by contacting the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to curtain time. Ticket exchanges are $5 per transaction – but are free for Season Subscribers.  The same seating assignments are not guaranteed when exchanging.  Exchanges into a more expensive seating area or performance date require payment of the difference in ticket costs.

Will Call/Performance Arrival

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to curtain time to pick up your tickets, enjoy our concessions, and find your seat. Tickets may be picked up at Will Call by a guest of the ticket purchaser, so long as they have the correct purchaser information. The House Manager reserves the right to release any unoccupied seats five minutes prior to the curtain. The house manager will seat any latecomers during an appropriate break in the performance and in a location that will be the least disruptive to other patrons.

COVID & SAFETY

We are closely following the latest recommended public health protocols to ensure that each audience member will have an enjoyable, comfortable, and safe experience. We update our COVID & Safety Protocols on a production by production basis and provide flexible ticketing policies. IMPORTANT REMINDER

Recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited.  We also ask patrons to remember to turn off their cell phones during the performance.
