COVID-19 Safety Protocols

COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOLS

The Arkansas Repertory Theatre is committed to the health and safety of our patrons, artists, staff, and broader community.

We can’t tell you exactly how things will look in the months ahead, but we do feel confident we will be able to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We appreciate your patience as we continue to make adjustments based on the newest information and guidance from government officials and public health experts. Up-to-date safety protocols will be determined on a production-by-production basis and will be actively communicated to patrons as we approach performances. We will of course accommodate anyone who feels the need to change their plans based on these protocols.

POLICIES FOR CURRENT ACTIVITIES

Designing Women

At all performances, all patrons will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours (3 days) of the event, or patrons may volunteer their proof of vaccination with the final vaccine dated at least 14 days prior to the event. Negative test results or proof of vaccination must be dated with your full name matching your ID. Either a physical copy or photo of a physical card/test result will be accepted. All patrons will be required to wear masks while in the building, except while actively eating or drinking concessions.

If you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or any other symptom associated with COVID-19, please do not attend the event.

POLICIES FOR UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

Anticipated Protocol for Weekday Student Matinees (School Girls and Into The Woods)

Negative test results or proof of vaccination will not be required to attend. However, all students, teachers, and chaperones will be required to wear masks at all times while in the building. There will not be any concessions sold for these performances.

Please note that these protocols may be updated closer to performance dates, based on the most recent guidance from public health officials.
