Exchanges/Refunds

You can exchange tickets by contacting the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to curtain time. Ticket exchanges are $5 per transaction, but are free for Season Subscribers.  The same seating assignments are not guaranteed when exchanging.  Exchanges into a more expensive seating area or performance date require payment of the difference in ticket costs.

Will Call/Performance Arrival

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to curtain time to pick up your tickets, enjoy our concessions, and find your seat.

Tickets may be picked up at Will Call by a guest of the ticket purchaser, so long as they have the correct purchaser information.

The House Manager reserves the right to release any unoccupied seats five minutes prior to the curtain. The house manager will seat any latecomers during an appropriate break in the performance and in a location that will be the least disruptive to other patrons.

Accessibility

Arkansas Repertory Theatre has accessible wheelchair/scooter locations in the Cindy Murphy Auditorium. Although The Rep’s Annex Theatre is a general admission house, accessible seats can be reserved there as well.

Contact the Box Office at (501) 378-0405 or [email protected] to reserve your seats, or with any other questions related to accessibility (including assisted listening devices and ASL special performances).
